The Research Technology Office hosts open office hours to answer new and existing users' general questions, troubleshoot any system issues, offer general guidance on existing functions, and highlight new and upcoming features. ASU faculty, staff, and students are all invited to join,

Virtual open office hours are available every other Friday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am over Zoom (asu.zoom.us/j/85876216205)
