The ASU Department of English celebrates its 2024-2025 graduates and award-winners with a reception and exhortations on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 3 p.m. in a hybrid event.
Participants may attend in-person in Ross-Blakley Hall's gallery area (room 101) on the ASU Tempe campus, or online via Zoom. All are welcome!
Professor of English Ruben Espinosa, a leading Shakespeare scholar who also directs the Arizona Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies, will address the gathering. Espinosa's presentation will be followed by remarks by Spring 2025 Dean's Medalist for English, Dahlia Horani.
Grad and undergrad students completing any degree in the Department of English during fall 2024 or spring 2025 will be honored, as will those who have garnered scholarships, awards, and fellowships during the past school year. We will also recognize our donors, faculty, staff, friends and family who helped make it all happen!
Refreshments will be served.
