Join ASU Library's Unit for Data Science and Analytics for an exciting event where students will share their experience and findings on real-world data science and analytical projects in 10-15 minute presentations. The presentations will be on:

  • Displaced Voices: Unearthing Eviction Inequities Through Data Science: This project takes a multifaceted approach to studying climate change, recognizing its multifaceted and interconnected impacts. The research focuses on three key areas: public perception and opposition to climate adaptation policies, challenges for international collective action, and the relationship between climate change and conflict.
  • Green Fault Lines: Climate Change, Conflict, and Environmental Collective Action: In 2024, Maricopa County experienced its highest number of evictions in two decades. But evictions are more than just numbers—they reveal urgent, human stories about the change needed to achieve housing equity. Join our student volunteers as they share data-driven insights on evictions in Maricopa County and uncover hidden patterns that can inspire change.
