The Center for American Institutions at Arizona State University is committed to civic education for students and the larger community.

Join us for this conversation about the importance of religion for strong communities featuring religious leaders

Maria Chavira, Jamie Rasmussen, Rabbi Pinchas Allouche, and Elder Broc C. Hiatt

The mission of the CAI Engaging Citizenship Luncheons is to provide a deeper understanding of critical political and cultural issues confronting our nation. These meetings provide an opportunity for attendees from the community to deepen their understanding of issues including free speech, crime policy, constitutional rights, education, biotechnology and religious freedom.

Luncheons are designed for active attendee engagement with topic introductions by an ASU faculty member and/or subject matter expert, Q&A, small group discussions, presentation of discussion outcomes and general discussion.
