The State of Arizona now offers free prostate cancer screenings for benefits-eligible male employees aged 40 and older or younger with a history of prostate cancer in their families. The mobile medical unit provides 15-minute appointments at your workplace.
These screenings are available to the public. Accepted insurance includes BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, Humana and Health Net. Medicare is not accepted. Prostate screening costs $86 for the uninsured.
Bring your insurance card to your appointment.
